SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In Malaysia, once the payment is cleared, all items will be sent via GDex Courier Service (for large item)/Pos Laju (small item) and tracking # will be email to you once the item is shipped out.
All items will be packed carefully, I will not be responsible for losses/damages during domestic shipping to you.

The Charges will be:

Peninsular M'sia
RM 10.00 small & Big up to 3 kgs)

SABAH & SERAWAK
RM 15.00 for small items
RM 25.00 for bags or larger items

Singapore, Brunei & International:
Price will be Quote depend on the weight

Combined delivery is available for purchase more than 1 bag, email us for the charges.

Delivery time frame:
- All cleared paid item, will be ship out the next working day.

- If the bag is ordered from the US, standard shipping from the USA takes about 2-3 weeks working days, Bags could arrive sooner or later depends on the post office/customs.

I do not control customs or the post office, therefore I CAN NOT guarantee the arrival time of any item. Thank you for your understanding.

Any delay/ early arrival of items will be inform from time to time.

For international buyer; do Note that: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying.
