Money Back Guarantee ONLY ON AUTHENTICITY ISSUE and within 2 day after the bag is received; claims for money back must be attached with a written statement by a Authorized Boutique Manager indicating the item is not authentic. Other than Authenticity issue, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO SELF UN-SATISFACTION (I thought it's: smaller/bigger, color lighter/darker, etc).

All items creed/serial# are noted down & inspected before being shipped out to ensure they are in immaculate condition. I will attach a tag to each items that I sell and I will not accept returns and refund where this security tag has been removed.
